CellSite Solutions increases footprint by 189,900% since inception
CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA — CellSite Solutions increases footprint by a 190,000-plus square foot (SF) facility located on 22 acres at 4150 C Street SW, Cedar Rapids. Their new headquarters is comprised of a mix of office, light manufacturing, warehouse and distribution space.
CellSite Solutions began operations in 2010 out of a 100 SF executive office in West Des Moines. Following their move to Cedar Rapids, the company has continued to increase its footprint exponentially. Roughly one year ago CellSite Solutions acquired the 93-acre Hawkeye Downs property with the intent of more than tripling their footprint and constructing a 60,000 SF corporate headquarters on site.
Since then, they have shifted gears and set their sights on a location that expresses CellSite Solutions’ professionalism and creativity and makes a statement as to who they have become.
“This larger facility creates more opportunity for growth of office staff as well as expanding our capability for additional warehousing and distribution services,” President & CEO Carter Kramer said. “On top of that, this facility provides true manufacturing capability for items we currently have in the research and development phase.”
