80/380 Tiffin Iowa Commerce Park poised for additional growth in 2022 – 2023
TIFFIN, IOWA — Cedar Rapids-based High Properties continues construction on the next phase of the 80/380 Tiffin Iowa Commerce Park. This development is located within Eastern Iowa’s growing corridor from Cedar Rapids to Iowa City and is less than 10 miles from the University of Iowa and University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics.
80/380 Commerce Park is a 200-acre development with approximately 1,500 to 10,000 square feet of retail space available for lease and lots for sale from 1 to 19 acres. This growing development offers direct access to I-80 with visibility from the future I-80/I-380 interchange. The Iowa Department of Transportation (IDOT) is currently underway with one-half billion in construction that will see the expansion of interstate traffic lanes in front of the development transition from four to eight lanes.
The developers have donated over 30 acres to the City of Tiffin for a new park and disc golf course, that will also provide access to the new bike trail. Bike enthusiasts will have access to all area attractions on two wheels in the future.
Once complete, this site will be home to more than 500 high-end apartments, assisted living and 55+ units between the Village Pointe and Hunt Club apartment communities.
