Beth’s attention to detail and exemplary work ethic creates the perfect combination for managing a high-volume commercial real estate office —
Earning a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Northern Iowa put Beth on the path to a fulfilling career in real estate. She worked as an appraiser for several years before discovering her true passion for acquisitions and dispositions. Beth obtained her real estate license and spent many years serving as a licensed assistant to a top-producing residential team.
In 2010, Beth transitioned to commercial real estate, began the role of office manager at GLD Commercial and has been with the company since its inception. She oversees office management, listing coordination and an assortment of administrative duties.
