GLD Commercial announces new principals. Angie Glick-Martin, SIOR and Erica Seelman join company founders and principals Adam Gibbs, SIOR and David Drown, SIOR, CCIM.
Angie Glick-Martin, SIOR—Broker Associate
Angie has been with GLD since 2016. She’s involved in all aspects of commercial real estate on both a local and regional level working with buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords in the industrial, retail, office, investment and land development submarkets. Angie has worked with numerous local, regional and national clients, some of which include CellSite Solutions, Martin Equipment, Edward Jones, River Products Company, High Properties, Nelson Electric and Ingenuiti. Her entrepreneurial spirit and consistent communication with clients have been paramount to her success. Angie approaches each assignment with the goal of building a long-term relationship while providing creative solutions to her client’s objectives. She’s a proud member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and also serves on the board of Linn Area Credit Union.
Erica Seelman—Agent Associate
As a proud native of Cedar Rapids, Erica brings extensive knowledge of the local marketplace. Erica is a licensed Commercial REALTOR® in the state of Iowa and is a graduate of Xavier High School and the University of Northern Iowa. Additionally, she holds the LEED Green Associate accreditation. As her clients will attest, Erica is continually dedicated to bringing a high level of professionalism, follow-through, and integrity to every client transaction. Erica also serves as a board member for Bridgehaven in Cedar Rapids.
