Former restaurant building repurposed and fully leased

The former restaurant building repurposed at 1140 Blairs Ferry Road NE, Cedar Rapids is now fully leased. What was once constructed in 1993 as a single-tenant 8,000 square foot (SF) North Country Steakhouse now serves a new purpose, three purposes to be exact.

Dunn Brothers Coffee was the first tenant to sign a lease and subsequently open in the repurposed building. The coffee shop occupies the north end of the strip center and features a drive-thru.

The Good Feet Store signed a lease shortly thereafter and occupies the center space. Rounding out the occupants is El Bajio — a popular local Mexican restaurant with an already established location on the SW side of Cedar Rapids.
