With more than 20 years of experience, Adam Gibbs has established himself as a trusted expert in commercial real estate throughout the Cedar Rapids metro and the broader Linn and Johnson County markets. Known for his responsiveness, strategic insight, and dedication to client success, Adam helps businesses and investors make confident real estate decisions that deliver results.

A graduate of Coe College with a degree in economics and business administration, Adam began his career in 2003 with a clear goal, to serve and strengthen the local business community. His specialties include industrial, office, retail, land development, warehouse, and investment properties, with a focus on helping companies and investors find properties that align with their long-term growth strategies.

In 2008, Adam earned the highly respected SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designation, a distinction recognizing top producers in the industry.
