Addie Eichhorn joins GLD Commercial following eight years of experience at GreenState Credit Union, including four years as a commercial lender. Throughout her time at the credit union, she developed a deep understanding of commercial real estate and brings a wealth of expertise to her work.
As a graduate of Mount Mercy University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Addie has established herself as a passionate and determined professional who thrives on building meaningful relationships with her clients.
Addie believes that communication is the most important aspect of any relationship, and she approaches each client interaction with authenticity and a servant mentality. Her creative and out-of-the-box thinking allows her to find innovative solutions to unique challenges, as no two commercial real estate transactions are ever the same.

As a dedicated member of Daybreak Rotary, Addie enjoys giving back to the community where she lives, works and plays. When she isn’t serving her clients, you can find her enjoying the outdoors with family and friends, whether it’s hiking, kayaking, running or biking.
Addie resides in Cedar Rapids with her husband and two daughters.
