New warehouse/flex space for lease is being constructed at 380 Commerce Park Cedar Rapids. This park, located in the SW quadrant of Cedar Rapids, will consist of ± 280,000 square feet (SF) of building space on approximately 25 acres.

Building 1 in 380 Commerce Park Cedar Rapids at 8315 6th St. SW is 61,466 SF and is currently under construction with 7,200 – 21,744 SF available for lease. Co-tenants are Workspace (Storey Kenworthy) and Kline Electric. This building features an ESFR sprinkler system, 25′ sidewall height, approx. 22′ clear height, LED lighting, 3-phase power and warehouse heat. A minimum of one overhead door and one dock per until included. The estimated delivery date is Fall 2024.
The concept site plan for 380 Commerce Park consists of four buildings, one 60,000 SF, one 120,000 SF and two 50,000 SF.
Building 2 in 380 Commerce Park Cedar Rapids is planned at 120,000 SF with from 32,760 SF to 120,000 SF available for lease. This building will include an ESFR sprinkler system, 32′ clear height, LED lighting, 3-phase power and warehouse heat. The estimated delivery date is Summer 2025.
Plans have not been finalized for all of the park buildings, therefore potential exsits to customize size, location and/or build out options.
